The original layout was closed-off and dated, with plumbing and electrical work that no longer met the family's needs.
Our approach
We removed two non-structural walls to create an open-plan kitchen and living area, re-ran plumbing for two new bathrooms, and updated the DB board with extra circuits for modern appliances.
The outcome
Delivered on schedule and within budget. The family now enjoys a bright, modern home that's ready for the next decade.
